1. The basis for the installation of, and installation objectives of, Visual Data Processing Devices
1) The company installs and operated visual data processing devices in accordance with Article 25 Clause 1 of the “Personal Information Protection Act.” (Safety of facilities and prevention of crimes and fire)

5. Measures regarding requests made by principals of information such as requests to view visual data
1) Principals of information may make requests to the personnel responsible for management of visual data to view, check, or delete visual data.
However, the information of people other than the principal will not be disclosed, and visual data will be limited to data urgently required regarding interests related to the life, body, or property of the principal of information. The company will take the necessary measures without delay when requests to view, check, or delete visual data has been made.
6. Measures to ensure the security of visual data
1) The company minimizes personnel with access to visual data and recording equipment in the management of visual data for the purpose of protection of visual data.
Visual data and recording equipment are separately stored in a designated restricted area, and access is under strict control.
Visual data is encrypted to be securely sent and stored.
