The Company installs and operates visual data processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25 Clause 1 of the “Personal Information Protection Act.”

Processing method: Records and manages requests for out-of-purpose use of visual data, provision for third parties, destruction, access, etc., and permanently delete (crushed in case of printout) in a way that cannot be restored when the retention period expires.

6. Measures Regarding Requests Made by Information Subject Such as Requests to Access Visual Data

You may make requests to the responsibility for management of visual data to access, verify, or delete your visual data.
The Company will immediately take necessary measures if you request to access, verify, or delete your visual data.
However, it is limited to the visual data of you or visual data necessary for the benefit of life, body, and property of the information subject.

7. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Visual Data

The Company manages visual data and recording equipment by minimizing personnel who can access so that visual data is not lost, stolen, leaked, forged, or damaged for measures to ensure safety under Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 30 Clause 1 of the Enforcement Decree.
The Visual data and recording equipment are separately stored in a designated restricted area, and access is under strict control.
The Visual data is encrypted to be securely sent and stored.
