Video Surveillance Policy
With the Operation and Management Policy of Visual Data Processing Devices, Wemade (hereinafter “the Company”) informs you of the purposes and methods of using and managing visual data processed by the company.
1. The Basis and Purpose of Installation of Visual Data Processing Devices
The Company installs and operates visual data processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25 Clause 1 of the “Personal Information Protection Act.”
- Safety and management of facilities and prevention of fire
- Crime prevention for the safety of visitors and executives·employees

3. Responsibility for Management and Personnel with Access Rights
The Company appoints responsibility for management and personnel with access rights as shown below for the purpose of protecting your visual data and handling complaints related to visual data.

4. Recording time, Retention Period, Data Storage Location and Processing Methods of Visual Data

Processing method: Records and manages requests for out-of-purpose use of visual data, provision for third parties, destruction, access, etc., and permanently delete (crushed in case of printout) in a way that cannot be restored when the retention period expires.
5. Location and Method of Accessing Visual Data
Method of access: Visit after contacting responsibility for management or personnel with access rights of visual data in advance
Location of access: Patch room on the 10th floor, Wemade Tower
6. Measures Regarding Requests Made by Information Subject Such as Requests to Access Visual Data
You may make requests to the responsibility for management of visual data to access, verify, or delete your visual data.
The Company will immediately take necessary measures if you request to access, verify, or delete your visual data.
However, it is limited to the visual data of you or visual data necessary for the benefit of life, body, and property of the information subject.
7. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Visual Data
The Company manages visual data and recording equipment by minimizing personnel who can access so that visual data is not lost, stolen, leaked, forged, or damaged for measures to ensure safety under Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 30 Clause 1 of the Enforcement Decree.
The Visual data and recording equipment are separately stored in a designated restricted area, and access is under strict control.
The Visual data is encrypted to be securely sent and stored.
